Pre Cold Report on the Neuse

Just a quick update to let all the na- sayers know there are some nice fish mixed in with small ones. Don’t be fooled. You have to be patient but results are worth it. This one just missed citation – 4.94 lb.

JB had some nice fish and also on open split ring that he claims was his citation! Maybe my next time.

I took my Henry’s sales staff yesterday with Craigs’ son Tyler; soon to be a sailor on a Navy Submarine. Fished 3 creeks and there was fish in all. Had to move around and pin down due to wind but ended up tagging about 8 fish and landing 2 nice ones. Hats off to young man Tyler for his best ever catch and his entering into the Navy to support our country. He will do well due to his great listening/learning skills; his dad and Pyke, Oh Well!!!

Bottom line, there is plenty of action out there now for trout tugs. Colder weather should gang up and stage rock for upward spawn move too. Call me to get booked for a fun trip.

Also – only 6 tickets left for rock seminar 26 Feb. Call quick to get a seat.
