Scout Trip

I did a scout day yesterday in the wind - lovely SW winds! Ugh. Didnt mark any large pods of bait and a bit rough to see but plenty of mullets, small, in area.

Had my helper Jon with me hoping to get him on some fish, the dude is obcessed. Got into some flounder getting one thick 18 1/2 slab.

Things are getting a little better.

Top Water Action

Had the honor of carrying The South African gang out for some top water rock action. There was Johan and Lelani Wagner and the 2 kids Michael and Nadia. Low water didn’t deter the rock – each angler got in the action.read full article

Then I headed to one area to try live baiting flounder – something I haven’t done in years. Bangread full article
