Trout Time
Weather cooling and have seen a slight pick up in largers trout around the Neuse. DB Oliver weighed in a 5.3# fish Monday and Capt Owen put one on my board at 5.6# to again take the lead in my shop tournament. Look for fish to start into creeks good as water cools.
Dont forget Pamlico County Shrine Club Trout Tournament 24 Oct - 3 fish aggregate weight open to Craven, Carteret, Pamlico and Beaufort County waters. Let me know if you need to apply or need more info - need lots of kids to fill their own category under 16 yr old.
